Changes to Admissions for our Nursery Provision

Starting school is a milestone, not only for your child but also for you.

From September 2026, we are able to increase our pupil numbers starting in our FS1/Nursery provision from 30 to 56. With this increased capacity, we are able to accept children onto our roll as soon as they turn 3.  Currently our children join our nursery provision from the term after their 3rd birthday but from September, 3-year-olds can join our nursery as soon as they have turned 3.

If you would like your child to start with us as soon as they turn 3 you will need to apply for an eligibility code to be awarded the free funded hours.

Please see link below on how to apply

https://www.gov.uk/free-childcare-if-working

Sessions :

AM sessions are 8.40am until 11.45am

Full day sessions are 8.40am until 3:00pm

From the term after your child turns 3 they will automatically receive 15 hours of free childcare per week, with working parents being able to claim an additional 15 hours, if they meet the eligibility criteria (please see link above).  Parents also have the option to self-fund (£5.37 per hour).

Optional additional items

School meals are charged at £2.50 per day however children can bring a packed lunch if you would rather this.

The cost of any visits/trips vary and parents would be informed of this, in advance of the visit.
